Product Features: 5 calories and 3 grams of carbs per serving 2 grams of dietary fiber Gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, non-GMO, keto-friendly, paleo-friendly Ingredients: Water Konjac Flour Citric Acid (Note: Citric acid is not in the noodles but in the water, rinsing the noodles will get rid of it.) Drain any excess water. Quickly rinse. Add to your favorite sauce in a pan or cook in recipe for 3-5 min before serving.
